Refund policy

At Reckless Stars, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help:

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Sale items, limited drops, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for sizing or defective items only.
• To start an exchange, email
  support@recklessstars.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non refundable.
• Reckless stars is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during return shipping.
